Storm trooper? I think he looks more like a white ODST with sunglasses…

But ODST Wear Black suits. not White. “and dont carry lasers.”

And storm troopers have full body suits that are all white and have dome-like helmets. If anything, the Galos commander looked reminiscent to a storm trooper.
