Not worth it
movies that go srait to DvD are never worth the money…
not that I condone illigal downloading of movies and games but the fact that the movie studios release their movies that are already bad strait to DvD just makes it that much less likely for people to actually go out and purchace said movies….
spamming us with commercials about a strait to DvD movie during my favorite TV shows does NOT make me want to by your movie… especially when the movie is a sequal that is actually a prequal to the prequal of the sequal of the mummy… right after Mummy 3 came out… which I didn’t see because it already looked cheesy…
please… dont beat a dead horse and continue making mummy movies or scorpion king movies… their not good any more… the Mummy, The Mummy Returns, and The Scorpion king were all good… but continuing by making shitty sequals only ruins your own reputation…
also… I purchaced my bigger tablet today… im doing updates Monday wednesday and friday, and 1 during the weekend (ill do that one whichever day I feel to keep you on your toes)
expect my friday one to either look better or worse than normal (by a big degree) while I get used to a tablet larger than my hand

Futurama Bender’s Big Score?
Straight to DVD and it rocked. Not all of the time is it crap, generally it’s straight to dvd when the publisher doesn’t want to invest loads of cash into advertising it and showing it as a movie, or they just don’t have enough money, or yes in some cases the thing sucks.
Well at least I assume in Futurama’s case is that not only is it meant to be episodes, but also FOX doesn’t want the risk of having a big movie failure, afterall they axed Futurama cause they didn’t think it was going well…
Anyways…
New tablet, sounds awesome, I’m going to start saving for a bigger one, I just got dual monitors on the weekend though

benders big score is a spinoff movie from a very popular TV show….
I consider TV show strait to DvD’s just to be extended episodes on DvD, not actual movies
most strait to DvD movies are sequals to movies that only did marginally well in the box office the first time around (like starship troopers 3) as starship troopers 2 only did okay at the box office…. or was starship troopers 2 also Straight to DvD?

Bender’s Big Score was more of a Made-For-TV movie, which is why it went straight to DVD instead of theatres. Most movies based on shows like that would go to DVD immediately; the Simpsons Movie was an exception. The only reason the Simpsons Movie went to theatres was because, as we all know, its quite a bit more famous than Futurama.
