it was more funny when the conversation actually happened… hopefully you will find the actual game of airsoft more funny (although I didn’t find it too funny at the time… just painful)

Well, instead of Paintballs, you get little round balls, basically BB’s which get launched in the air a lot faster than Paintballs.
I’m sure it hurts like hell.

I’ve played both and i assure you Paintball hurts WAY more.
both are fun, though.

ive played both also… airsoft is much more painful as in the same time it takes for a paintball gun to get off 3 shots an airsoft gun will have unloaded its entire clip into your ass

well, a paintball deagle vs. an airsoft deagle…While an airsoft may shoot faster, i do believe it hurts less. I’ve been shot by both.

i got paintballed in the arse…

my deagle bb gun launched a bb through my mates shoulder, his bb gun barely hurt if you shot yourself at point blank, i liked my options more XD

You see, I airsoft with all semi-auto spring-action weapons anyway. I’ve only been hit by a paintball once, it was between my pinky and ring finger on my right hand, and the ball didn’t break. That hurt. Of course, my sniper fires at around 450 FPS, breaks skin, and has the range of a paintball gun (despite firing a pellet easily a sixteenth the size), so I don’t know which would hurt more. I’ve never been on the receiving end of my sniper.

Man, I can relate to this. I have two guns that I spent $50 on for airsoft, just to find out that the kids in my neighborhood spent twice as much. And when somebody else lets you borrow a gun, it is always crappy and even worse than mine. I get smoked every time so I no longer enjoy airsoft.

it’s possible, but my team is too well skilled to be taken out by a simple spring pistol
